Yes, Naptime is Acceptable

One thing that has changed about my lifestyle since I've come to college is the addition of nap time to my schedule. As a child I dreaded naptime and having to fool the babysitter in to believing that I was truly asleep. Okay, I admit it, sometimes I actually was asleep and enjoyed a peaceful nap.

Over the last few years, I have become a fan Sunday afternoon naps. They're perfect and fit into the day perfectly. Church, then lunch, and finally nap time.

But since coming to college, nap time has quickly and surely become one of my favorite parts of the day, even favorite part of the week. Some days I look forward to getting out of class, heading back to my room and curling up in my bed for a nice cozy nap.

My friends and I have seemed to reach the consensus that nap time is the ultimate go-to stress reliever and they number one way for us to feel better when we're stressed out, along with caffeine and Netflix. (But who says you can't have all three? :))

As a biology major, I always have class, or lab, or study sessions. Some days free time seems impossible to come by. So if and when the time arises to take a nap, YES it IS acceptable to take a nap.

You can never get enough nap time, so when the opportunity arises, TAKE IT!
